A little more about our Pups...

Hello out there! I'm so excited to be starting this blog with Kristen! As she mentioned, we currently live at opposite ends of the country, and it's awesome to be able to do this together--it's hard to be that far away from your best friend! We had been talking about starting a blog for awhile, but couldn't decide what it should be about. Considering our pups--Kirby and Pancake--are the center of our universe, it was an obvious choice. I honestly don't know what we would do without them.

So, since Pancake and Kirby were our inspiration for this blog, I thought you might want to get to know them a little better. Here's the inside scoop on Kirby:

Full name: Kirby Chanel Wells-Davis

Nicknames: Kirbs, Gooser, Beanie

Birthday: 12 March 2008

Weight: 9lbs

Birthplace: Saskatchewan, Canada

Favorite food: Whatever her mommy and daddy are eating at the moment

Favorite toy: Bunny (a stuffed animal about the same size as her)

Best friend: Pancake

Favorite treat: Jerky Treats

Favorite time of day: When she gets Jerky Treats

Likes: walks, going "bye-bye" in the car, McDonald's french fries, sleeping in

Dislikes: baths, toys that play music, Chevy Chase (she honestly barks at him any time he is on TV), vacuum cleaners, hair dryers

As you can see, she is quite a mess! I think she honestly believes she's one of us and not a dog. Although I don't really help matters by spoiling her rotten and treating her like she is my child. Kristen and I both do this--in our eyes, they are both angels and can do no wrong. And we have no problem admitting it. Just ask our mothers :)
